How to pay?
To make sure your reservation for one of our tours of Romania is valid, you have to pay in advance, 30 days before the tour starts, an amount representing at least 25% of the total price of the trip.
The rest of the amount can be paid in Romania, first day of your tour.
Changes after confirmation / deposit
Canceling the tour more than 30 days before starting, you’ll be totally refunded, except for the banking transfer fees.
Canceling the tour within 30 days before starting, means a penalty of 25% of the price of the tour.
Changing the date of the tour will be possible free of charge, depending on the occupancy of the other tour dates of our calendar.
