How to pay?
To make sure your reservation is valid, you have to pay in advance, 30 days before the tour starts, an amount representing at least 25% of the total price of the trip.
The rest of the amount can be paid in Romania, first day of your tour.
Changes after confirmation / deposit
Canceling the tour more than 30 days before starting, you’ll be totally refunded, except for the banking transfer fees.
Canceling the tour within 30 days before starting, means a penalty of 25% of the price of the tour.
Changing the date of the tour will be possible free of charge, depending on the occupancy of the other tour dates of our calendar.
