Day 1 – Transfer to Bucharest

Arrival at Otopeni airport and transfer to the hotel in Bucharest. Meet your English speaking guide in the airport and on the way to the hotel he will present you the tour and he will give all the practical information about exchange rates, Romanian food and restaurants. Overnight in a hotel centrally located.

Day 2 – Bucharest – Sinaia

Breakfast & check out, followed by the city tour. You will visit the impressive Parliament’s Palace, the second largest building in the world – also known as Ceausescu’s Palace – and the National History Museum, where you'll be able to visit the room of the National Treasure. Departure for Siania, the pearl of the Carpathians, and on the way stop in Snagov for the visit of the medieval monastery, the burial place of the price Vlad the Impaler. Arrival in Sinaia and accommodation.

Day 3 – Sinaia – Bran - Brasov

Breakfast, followed by the visit of Peles Castle, the summer residence of the first Romanian Royal Couple - Carol I and Elisabeth -, one of the most beautiful castles in Europe, built in the purest bavarian style. Departure for Bran, where you will visit the famous Dracula’s Castle, the most beautiful medieval castle in Romania. In the afternoon, arrival to Brasov and city tour, with visit of the Black Church, the biggest gothic cathedral in the south-east of Europe, Saint Nicholas Church, the Museum of the First Romanian School, Catherine’s Gate and The Rope Street. Accommodation in a hotel in the old town.

Day 4 – Brasov – Sighisoara

Breakfast and departure for Sighisoara. On the road, few stops for visiting some interesting medieval fortified churches like Viscri and Saschiz. Arrival in Sighisoara and start the visit of the the best preserved Saxon city which is one of the largest fortified-cities in Europe and also the place where Vlad the Impaler was born. The visit includes The Church on the Hill, Dracula’s house, The City Hall and the History Museum from the Clock Tower. At the end of the day, accommodation in a hotel in the fortress.

Day 5 – Sighisoara – Sibiu

Breakfast and departure for Sibiu, the European Capital of Culture in 2007, with a stop in Biertan for visiting the impressive fortified church. City tour of Sibiu, with the visit of the Big Square and the Small Square, Liars’ Bridge, the Lutheran Cathedral and Bruckental Museum. In the afternoon, visit the largest outdoor Village Museum from Romania, situated in Dumbrava Sibiului. In the evening, accommodation in a hotel in the old town.

Day 6 – Sibiu – Bucharest

Breakfast and departure for Bucharest. On the road, you can visit Cozia Monastery, built at the end of XIV-th century by the prince Mircea, and the two beautiful churches from Curtea de Arges: St Nicholas Church, part of the former Royal Court and the church of Curtea de Arges Monastery, one of the most beautiful in Romania, the place where the kings of Romania are buried. Farewell dinner and accommodation in a centrally located hotel in Bucharest.

Day 7 – Bucharest – home

Breakfast and transfer to the airport. End of our services.
