DAY I Bucharest - Constanta – Tulcea

Departure in the morning from Bucharest and drive east to the Coast. After less than 3 hours, arrive to Constanta, one of the largest Romanian cities, a former Greek town, founded more than 2000 years ago. Visit the old town and the Archeology Museum, Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral and the Casino, located on the shore of the sea. Short break for lunch, then departure for Mamaia, the most beautiful resort on the Romanian coast, short walk in the downtown, then drive north to Danube Delta. Overnight in Tulcea.

DAY II Danube Delta

Wake up early in the morning to start the cruise in Murighiol. You need to be there not later than 7 o’clock, get on a small boat and start the cruise on the small canals of the Delta, where you will feel the heart of the nature. Hundreds of species of birds, very old trees, old picturesque fishermen’s villages make the Delta one of the most incredible places in Europe. After 2-3 hours on boat, stop for lunch, then continue the cruise for another couple of hours. End up the cruise in the afternoon, then departure for Bucharest, where you arrive late in the evening. Accommodation in Bucharest.
